PHENOMENAL!! My daughter had a hair appointment at a different salon, which resulted in us leaving, due to being disrespected. Called Haven’s House of Hair and we got in with Victoria IMMEDIATELY!! Daughter wanted Boho braids because that’s the in fashion for teens right now and Victoria slayyyyyyeeedddd!! The atmosphere was so relaxing and everybody was so welcoming, we could cut up and have a great time! Absolutely love this salon and will definitely be my go to! Definitely book your appointments here, you WILL NOT regret it!

I loved my experience at this salon and today was actually my 3rd time back. Everyone I have met has been very polite and respectful. The first time I was there, I would say I was greatful for the short notice appointment I was given and very satisfied with my knottless braids I came away with but the 2nd and today's experience was phenomenal! These visits was with Nava and she is a wonderful person to talk to and very knowledgeable about her work. "Blessed Hands" She has done a feedin style for me with a wash & deep condition the first time and I was in heaven, which is what made me return again. I had been sick and I called Nava after my recovery, told her my hair was sick too and needed some healing. The TLC she gave me today was simply a true blessing, not just with my hair care but the conversation touched my heart. How refreshing it was to converse with a young woman on the level of life we were conversing about. Continue to be a blessing Nava and all the ladies at this salon. I think I finally found me a new stylist here in delaware!

Navah has done a Phenomenal job on my Birthday hairstyle!! I didn’t wanted to get the “Big Chop”, but I had no choice. 🤷🏽♀️ But my girl, Navah did her thing!! She hugged me and held onto me, until I was ready!! It was such an Amazing feeling to know that she had my back and gave me 100% of her support!! Mrs. Nae, Tasheba, and Sam were all there rooting me on and encouraging me as well, when I’d decided to get my 4 years Locs a cut!! The moment I’d walked into their salon, (which is right across from Dick’s Sporting Goods in the Dover’s Mall), I’d felt right at home, they were playing Gospel Music and the salon were filled with laughter!!😆 Everyone greeted me with the most genuine smile!!😊 The other ladies’ hair looked Amazing as well!! These ladies are passionate about what they do and they don’t play about their customers!!! Thank y’all again for making me feel Free and Beautiful again, plus making me feel right at home!!! Men…there’s a Barbershop 💈 in the Mall too and from what I’d seen, their works were Amazing, as well!!! A lot of Mature Black Men, not too far from the Salon!! Thanks again ladies!!!

Catrina braided my daughter's hair. My daughter picked multiple colors to be braided in and Catrina did a wonderful job incorporating them all. She is very talented and professional. My daughter and I are very pleased with her work and we will definitely be repeat customers.
